Dear Native Family,

As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of COVID-19 Coronavirus we wanted to personally connect with our guests during this uncertain and trying time.

The health, well-being and safety of our guests is our number one priority no matter what the circumstances are.

While we already have a strongly implemented cleanliness and sanitation expectation within our restaurants, we thought it was important to share the additional measures we are taking to ensure a safe environment for our guests and team.

Cleanliness

    • As part of our protocol, our restaurants have heightened their cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our guests.
    • We have a firm hand washing and glove use policy for all Native Grill & Wings Team Members.
    • Multiple sanitizing stations are around each restaurant and refreshed various times per day.
    • Our menus, tables, chairs, countertops, registers, bathrooms, etc. are regularly sanitized before and after use and we are committed to keeping each restaurant clean.

Health Safety

    • We’ve instructed our Operators to consistently monitor employees and to send any employee who seems to be ill home immediately.
    • We have also instructed Operators to remind any employee who is not feeling well to stay home and self-monitor their symptoms out of an abundance of caution.

To-Go, Online, Pick-Up & Delivery Orders

    • We will continue to securely package all of our to-go, online, pick-up and delivery orders.
    • For all of our online and third-party delivery orders our guests have the option to choose a “non-contact” delivery method.

We will continue to proactively monitor the situation and take into account the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, as well as state and local officials to ensure we are following the best guidelines and practices.

In addition to placing orders in our restaurants, we’d like to encourage you to order online through nativegrillandwings.com or on the Native Grill & Wings app. When ordering online, you can easily pick-up and enjoy our food wherever you’d like or get it delivered and enjoy it within the comfort of your home.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to navigate and adapt to this situation. Most importantly, thank you for being a loyal guest and supporter of Native Grill & Wings for over 40 years. We will continue to stand by you and support our community in any way possible.
